FT Position (38-40 hours a week) must be willing to travel between the Winchester and Paris Store (16.7 miles apart). Amount of days can vary but will normally be 3 days in one location and 2 days in the other (barring emergent situations or vacations).

Hourly Pay plus commission, spiffs, AND performance based bonuses. We have a fantastic uncapped commission structure with a lot of opportunities to make extra money. Even if you've never done any sales before we can teach you how to maximize your paycheck!

Employees who do well in sales and thrive hitting goals and targets tend to do quite well and employees who struggle in metrics and aren't goal oriented do not earn as much. This is NOT considered cashiering or retail. The goals are clear and laid out and you are updated very often on where you stand. People who work for tips, have prior sales experience, and/or great customer service backgrounds that include upselling typically do best in this role!

Starting Hourly Pay is $11 an hour for 6 weeks and once you are earning commission on your checks will return to normal. Normal starting pay ranges from $8 to $9.50 depending on sales, customer service experience, etc. Average associates earn anywhere from $11-$13 an hour depending on ability to meet goals. Top performers can earn $14-$19 an hour. We do raises based on performance after at a year and you will go up for review yearly.

We pay hourly and commission out bi-weekly. We are a Cricket Authorized Retailer with locations in Kentucky, Virginia, and Minnesota. Bi-lingual is a plus, but not a requirement.Customer service background is a MUST and cash handling is also preferred.

We are looking for someone who is able to pull closing shifts. That's typically 11:45-8:15 p.m. throughout the week in Winchester and 11:15-7:15 p.m. in the Paris location Monday-Friday 9:45-6:15 on Saturday and 11:45-5:15 Sunday . 5 days a week. Employees rotate Sundays. Most Saturdays required. You will have the option to request off up to 2 shifts per 2 week schedule. Looking for someone reliable. We are a small staff and need people who aren't going to call in for non-emergencies.

Job Duties:

We assist customers with activating new service, upgrading existing customers, bill pays, feature changes, and more. Relatively fast paced. Normal retail responsibilities: cash handling, cleaning, inventory, stocking, store opening and closing lists along with sales responsibilities: meeting revenue goals, meeting quality metric goals, and marketing.

Can be commissionable in less than 2 weeks.
